Ansaruden Islamic School, also known as Madrasatu Ansarudeen, has a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1911 at Old Fadama in Accra. Founded by Sheikh Nuhu Sharubutu, the esteemed father of His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, the Chief of Ghana, the school has played a pivotal role in Islamic education. In 1960, it relocated to Shukura, situated opposite the residence of Khalifa Dr. Sheikh Yahya Amin.
